2010 Annual Meeting

 

We will hold our annual meeting on Saturday January 23rd at 9:30AM.  We will meet at Mamadou’s in Glenpool.  If you are interested in joining us for breakfast, we will be there at 8:00AM.  We will set our race schedule, discuss our finances, and any other business that needs to be taken care of. 

As a reminder, we determined last year that we would apply a $10.00 fee per flier to the shipping cost for each season in place of the $20.00 per year federation dues.
